Staff Mechanical Engineer at S&C

S&C is hiring a Staff Mechanical Engineer to lead power hardware subsystem product development in underground power hardware. The role involves technical leadership, design and manufacturing problem solving, product specifications and testing, subsystem development, materials evaluation, FMEA and DFMA, standards research, analysis, reporting, and mentoring. It requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline, 7–10 years of experience, underground-environment product design experience, and knowledge of project management; an MS degree is preferred. The position is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an estimated annual base salary of $116,534 to $154,413.38.
