Description
Rhoda AI is hiring a staff-level Mechatronic Hardware Engineer to own the full mechatronic architecture of its data-collection platform, from prototype through mass production. The role covers mechanical structure, gripper kinematics, sensor integration, DFM/DFA, reliability, durability, test plans, BOM and supplier qualification, and mechanical interfaces with the EE team. Candidates need a track record of bringing mechatronic products to mass production, systems-level hardware expertise, hands-on DFM/DFA experience, sensor-integration experience, and DVT/PVT program experience.
