Description
Qualcomm is hiring an ASIC Engineer to define, model, design, optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document digital and/or analog IP and SoC development. The role involves creating architectures, circuit specifications, logic designs, and system simulations; collaborating with software, hardware, product, and program management teams; and evaluating complex flows from high-level design through synthesis, place and route, timing, power, and verification. The engineer works independently with minimal supervision, provides guidance to team members, and makes significant decisions affecting work beyond the immediate group. The position requires a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in science, engineering, or a related field plus the specified years of ASIC-related experience, and offers a pay range of $145,600 to $218,400.
