Description
Arm is hiring a Memory Controller Performance Architect to develop and analyze memory controller IP and system models, optimize power and performance for AI infrastructure, automotive, and mobile systems, identify bottlenecks, guide partner systems, and mentor team members. The role requires a degree in electrical, computer, or computer science engineering, experience with memory and interconnect performance modeling and workload analysis, C++ programming, and Perl or Python scripting. Knowledge of SystemC transaction-level modeling, interconnect microarchitecture, and performance tools is desired. The position offers a salary of $198,100-$268,000 per year and follows Arm’s hybrid working model.
