Arm is hiring a Senior NPU Hardware Modelling Engineer in Ra’anana to develop and architect next-generation neural-processing-unit hardware models, evaluate their performance, and collaborate with ML hardware design, verification, and compiler teams. The role includes leading work packages, driving technical direction, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting customer engagements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, strong C, C++, and Python skills, and analytical ability; experience with hardware design, modelling, SystemC, HLS, source control, CI/CD, machine learning, and signal processing is preferred. The position offers hybrid working and no relocation package.
