Infineon is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to independently design and customize the mechanical details and functions of power semiconductor modules and product families. The role covers engineering through high-volume production, product integration, cost optimization, design-for-manufacturability, and cross-departmental coordination. Candidates should have a university degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a related field, along with experience in product customization, metal and plastic composite components, ceramics, thermal management, CAD, tolerance analysis, and related electrical or PCB design tools.
