Description
Nscale is hiring a Staff Network Engineer to serve as a technical authority for AI-optimized network fabrics. The role owns the architecture, design, validation, automation, operations, security, observability, and standards for large-scale InfiniBand/RoCE and Ethernet networks supporting training and inference workloads. Responsibilities include defining reference architectures, leading complex escalations and root-cause analysis, mentoring engineers, and partnering with deployment, data center operations, platform engineering, systems, storage, and vendors. The role requires 10+ years of network engineering experience, deep RDMA-aware networking expertise, modern data center routing and control-plane knowledge, Python/Ansible automation, firewall security architecture, and experience leading technical strategy across sites.
