Sila is hiring an NPI Program Manager to lead end-to-end new battery-cell product development and qualification with internal R&D, operations, quality, and external manufacturing partners. The role manages cross-functional and cross-border programs, DFMEA and PFMEA risk frameworks, global safety and certification pathways, NPI documentation, and handoffs to mass production. It requires at least six years of high-tech hardware product development experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, and the ability to travel up to 10% internationally and work in manufacturing or laboratory environments. The starting base pay is $151,000 to $191,000, with benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses included in the total rewards package.
