Description
The Staff Officer (Budget Analyst) will support the Budget Branch of the Finance Directorate at Joint Force Command Brunssum by preparing annual budget estimates, trimester reports, budget analysis, statistics, accounts, and financial controls. The role coordinates budget analysis, advises on military budget allocations, monitors international funds, manages deployed or mission budgets, and supports risk and internal-control activities. It requires a relevant university degree, at least three years of professional financial experience, experience with financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, financial systems, spreadsheets, databases, and business intelligence, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. The position is based in Brunssum, The Netherlands, and may require deployments of up to 183 days in any 547-day period.
