The Joint Warfare Centre is hiring a full-time Staff Officer (Industrial Security) in Stavanger, Norway, to implement NATO security policies and protect classified information handled by industry partners under contracts. The role covers contractor and industry partner security checks, personnel and project security procedures, classified information management, security administration, breach investigations, access-rights support, and security operations for exercises and events. Applicants need a relevant university degree or equivalent vocational qualification, four years of industrial security and classified contracts management experience, four years of business or office administration experience, two years of security policy development experience, and two years of classified information management experience. The position offers a starting basic salary of NOK 93,933 per month and requires NATO Secret clearance.
