Description
Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), part of NATO, is hiring a Staff Officer (JTE Exercise Plans) to integrate Joint Effects and targeting into NATO and Allied operations, activities, and exercises. The role coordinates with Joint Targeting Effects subject-matter experts, Allied Command Operations points of contact, and J2/J3 staffs; supports targeting working groups and boards; contributes to operational and exercise planning; and drafts targeting content for Annex II (Targeting Directive) in support of strategic CONOPS planning. The position is a three-year project-related NATO International Civilian contract, requires potential deployments or temporary duty assignments of up to 180 days, and is limited to nationals of NATO member states.
