Description
The TOPFAS OPT Tool Manager supports the TOPFAS Functional Manager by training and supporting Strategic Planning Teams and SHAPE staff, developing requirements and tests, preparing planning environments, representing the TOPFAS User Authority within NATO, and coordinating TOPFAS utilization activities. The role requires NATO planning experience, TOPFAS OPT knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and a university degree or equivalent professional qualification with related experience. It is a three-year Project Linked NATO International Civilian contract, requires a NATO security clearance and medical certificate, and is normally performed in a secure NATO office environment.
