Description
Checkr is hiring a Staff Operations AI Engineer to architect and build reliable AI agent integrations, workflow orchestration, data pipelines, API systems, and guardrails across Checkr’s operations. The role requires 5–7+ years of experience in automation, integration architecture, or AI-enabled operations, along with expertise in JavaScript, Python, SQL, OAuth, webhooks, JSON, and production LLM agents. The position is based in Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago, with an expectation of working from the office at least three days per week.
