Description
Boston Dynamics is hiring an Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs and initiatives across its Operations organization, serving as the primary Operations counterpart to the Technical Program Manager. The role manages an Operations Core Team, NPI build execution, production readiness, project risks, change management, scheduling, resource allocation, communication, and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a technical field, at least five years of program management experience, and experience with cross-functional NPI environments, mass manufacturing readiness, and fielded software and hardware products. The position is for candidates eligible to work in the United States and does not offer visa sponsorship; the base pay range is $134,000 to $167,000.
