Description
Convex is hiring a full-time Staff or Principal Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain its global cloud infrastructure, including database and synchronization systems, while improving performance and reliability. The role owns architectural decisions, establishes engineering standards, works across the stack, and collaborates closely with the engineering team and CTO. Candidates should have at least six years of backend or systems engineering experience, experience scaling large systems, strong systems judgment, and interest in working in person in San Francisco; Rust knowledge is a plus. The position offers more than $240,000 plus equity and benefits.
