Renesas Electronics is hiring a Package Development Engineer to develop, qualify, and industrialize semiconductor package solutions from concept through high-volume manufacturing. The role collaborates with silicon design, package design, manufacturing, reliability, quality, and OSAT partners and requires semiconductor packaging expertise, advanced assembly knowledge, reliability testing, failure analysis, and cross-functional project management. Preferred qualifications include advanced packaging experience, thermal, mechanical, and electrical characterization, automotive qualification, and sustainability knowledge.
