Power Integrations is hiring a Staff Packaging Engineer to manage and improve assembly yield, quality, delivery, and cost for mass-production products, oversee new-product introduction at a subcontractor factory, support packaging development, investigate customer complaints, conduct process and quality audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role is based in Penang, Malaysia and requires a bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, at least eight years of relevant experience, strong project management and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English.
