Description
SentinelOne is hiring a Program Manager to build and operate its Partner-Led Services program within Professional Services. Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services Project Management, this global individual contributor will define operational strategy, govern partner performance through SLAs and KPIs, align partners with SentinelOne’s service standards, and support cross-functional delivery. The role requires 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or services delivery, including partner-led or third-party delivery models, along with experience in partner governance, service delivery operations, metrics-driven performance, and AI adoption. The U.S. base salary range is $132,000–$160,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
