Description
ARA is hiring a full-time, on-site Staff Pavement Engineer in Austin, Texas, to support pavement evaluation, structural analysis, design, and rehabilitation projects. The role involves nondestructive pavement testing, field work, large pavement datasets, FWD and other deflection and condition analyses, technical reporting, proposal writing, and client-facing activities. Candidates need a civil engineering or related engineering degree, at least two years of pavement engineering experience, and proficiency in pavement modeling, design, data analysis, GIS, and technical proposals.
