Staff Payroll Tax Processor at Intuit

Intuit is hiring a Senior Payroll Tax Specialist to serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for complex State and Federal payroll tax notices, corrections, amendments, and Pay & File cases. The role owns the full case lifecycle, prepares and files amended returns across multiple states, resolves multi-period payroll tax errors, coaches and trains junior staff, maintains team productivity, and improves processes and knowledge resources. Candidates need at least four years of payroll tax experience focused on tax defect resolution, expert knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax law, and experience leading or supporting junior staff.
