Arm is hiring a Staff PCIe Analog Characterization Engineer to validate and characterize PCIe Gen5 through Gen7 silicon products. The role focuses on electrical compliance testing, high-speed interface characterization, link-training and signal-integrity debugging, validation planning, technical reporting, and collaboration with PHY, silicon, firmware, package, board, and signal-integrity teams. Candidates need at least five years of high-speed serial-interface validation experience, strong PCIe expertise, and proficiency with oscilloscopes, BERTs, protocol analyzers, and automated testing environments; Python or similar scripting is a plus. The position offers a salary range of $198,100-$268,000 per year and follows Arm’s hybrid working model.
