Intuit is hiring a Performance Management and Development Learning & Enablement Lead to design and deliver enterprise-scale learning experiences for managers and employees across performance and talent cycles. The role owns instructional design, content creation, AI-enabled learning innovation, change enablement, communications, adoption measurement, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership. It requires 3–5+ years of L&D or HR program management experience, instructional design expertise, content and change management experience, data literacy, AI proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree. The position is based in Mountain View or San Diego, California, with an expected base pay range of $150,000–$224,500.
