Description
The Staff Pharmacist serves as the final clinical authority for verifying, releasing, and safeguarding compounded medications in a high-volume 503A and 503B pharmacy. The role performs prescription verification, clinical interventions, safety oversight, queue management, technician collaboration, regulatory compliance, controlled-substance oversight, and operational improvements, while using pharmacy technology, AI-enabled verification tools, dashboards, and automation systems. The position requires a PharmD and an active pharmacist license, with 1–3 years of pharmacy, compounding, or clinical experience preferred.
