Amazon Pharmacy is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for its Clinical Customer Care team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role provides clinical customer support through phone, chat, and email; reviews shipments and medication-related requests; recommends over-the-counter products; investigates medication-related events and PHI breaches; and completes prescription, billing, and regulatory tasks. Candidates must hold an active Arizona pharmacist license, reside in Arizona, commute to the Phoenix office, and obtain a Minnesota license within 90 days of hire. The position offers a base salary of $103,800 to $146,400 annually, plus shift burden premiums, benefits, and other compensation.
