Description
The role leads the development and optimization of photolithography processes for advanced technology nodes, including process specifications, equipment roadmaps, technology transfer, supplier partnerships, process control, material and reticle evaluations, OPC development, overlay optimization, and intellectual property. It requires an M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field, at least 10 years of semiconductor photolithography or related process engineering experience, and expertise in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, low k1 imaging, simulation, and statistical analysis. The position also integrates AI-assisted tools and contributes to continuous improvement.
