Description
The Staff Physician provides comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient primary care focused on prevention, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and other cardiometabolic conditions. The role manages an empaneled patient population, coordinates care with multidisciplinary providers, supports quality and population health initiatives, and maintains medical documentation. It is an onsite position in Lost Hills and Delano, California, with no evening or weekend call responsibilities, and offers relocation assistance, a $240,000–$270,000 annual pay range, and medical, vision, and dental benefits.
