Description
2K is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the architecture and evolution of its internal developer ecosystems and Autonomous Agentic Development Platform. The role owns AI and LLM-driven agentic workflows, platform-as-a-product strategy, self-service infrastructure, developer experience, Terraform governance, Kubernetes standards, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and operational resilience. It requires 10+ years of infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, including at least 4 years focused on internal developer platforms or Kubernetes-based tooling, along with expert Kubernetes, cloud, programming, automation, and Terraform expertise. The position is hybrid and includes a 24/7 rotational on-call schedule.
