Description
Helius is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and operation of their observability stack. This role involves architecting high-throughput pipelines for metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting, and migrating from Datadog to internal tools. The successful candidate will partner with various teams to support debugging workflows and ensure the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of the observability system. This is a high-impact, remote-first position within a mission-driven team focused on Solana's core infrastructure.
