UKG is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to design, automate, operate, and improve critical database and messaging services across on-premises, private-cloud, and public-cloud environments. The role focuses on infrastructure automation, Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt, CI/CD, GitOps, observability, incident response, reliability, and technical leadership, with responsibilities including mentoring engineers and collaborating with application, security, networking, cloud, and database teams. The position requires at least seven years of relevant engineering or infrastructure experience and offers a base salary of $129,500 to $186,100 plus potential bonus and restricted stock unit compensation.
