Description
Renesas is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for DDR5 component bench validation and characterization. The role leads silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation, debugs high-speed analog and mixed-signal issues, develops test methodologies, analyzes large validation datasets, and communicates results across design, system, product, and global engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering, at least 8 years of high-speed analog and mixed-signal experience, expertise with high-speed test equipment, Python scripting, and strong analytical and communication skills.
