GetYourGuide is hiring a Staff/Principal Data Scientist to own data products that drive revenue across growth domains, translate strategies into technical roadmaps, and build and monitor production machine learning pipelines in Python and Databricks. The role also covers experimentation, causal inference, customer lifetime value, attribution modeling, code quality, observability, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a proven Staff or Principal Data Scientist track record, marketing-growth expertise, strong Python, SQL, Spark, and Databricks skills, and an advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three in-office days and two optional at-home days, plus work-from-anywhere time.
