Description
Micron is hiring a Principal Engineer - Process Development, CMP, NAND to lead Chemical Mechanical Planarization process development for advanced 3D NAND and future technology nodes. The role owns process characterization, margin and yield improvement, experimentation, transfer readiness, manufacturing optimization, cross-functional alignment, and complex process and defectivity challenges. It requires advanced semiconductor or memory process experience, hands-on CMP equipment experience, strong DOE and data-analytics skills, and the ability to lead global technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
