Description
Arm is hiring a Solutions Engineer to enable sub-2nm and future advanced-node technology PPA for high-performance and low-power products. The role develops methodologies and automation for performance, power, area, utilization, routability, reliability, and design convergence; analyzes technology-node tradeoffs and implementation limiters; supports multi-die and 2.5D/3D implementation; and converts technology learnings into production-ready flows, checks, dashboards, and sign-off criteria. The position requires advanced-node SoC physical implementation expertise, technology PPA optimization, scripting and EDA skills, low-power design experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
