Qualified Health is hiring a Staff/Principal Forward-Deployed Architect to define and lead the cross-platform modern data architecture for healthcare clients using Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric. The role owns the reference architecture, leads technical discovery and pre-sales, serves as an engagement-embedded tech lead, reviews engineering deliverables, and builds a modern lakehouse foundation for AI workflows. It requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, hands-on production experience across at least two of the three platforms, enterprise lakehouse implementations, cloud and Terraform or Bicep expertise, and client-facing experience with health-system executives. The role requires 25–35% travel and offers a salary of $190,000–$250,000 plus equity and benefits.
