Description
Malt is hiring a Staff/Principal Platform Engineer to define and execute the long-term technical vision for its engineering platform, including backend, frontend, GCP infrastructure, shared foundations, and agentic workflows. The role partners with engineering leads, builds production platform code, delivers developer-experience tools, establishes engineering standards, and mentors senior and mid-level engineers. It requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, Kotlin or Java expertise, GCP and modern web-framework knowledge, and a proven track record of product-grade agentic workflows.
