Description
Form Energy is hiring a Staff Process Development Engineer to lead the invention and scale-up of manufacturing processes for its Gas Diffusion Electrode (GDE). The role covers bench-scale concept development through pilot-line qualification, experimental design, process optimization, root-cause investigations, specification and control-plan development, technical handoff to Manufacturing Engineering, and mentorship. It requires 7+ years of process development or manufacturing engineering experience, hands-on material-processing and statistical-methods experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field. The position is based onsite at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, West Virginia, with relocation assistance available.
