The role focuses on new product introductions, manufacturing KPIs, statistical process improvement, validation, risk mitigation, and project management in a regulated consumer-health environment. Candidates need a technical bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience, or equivalent experience with a master’s or PhD, plus experience with manufacturing process development, validation, change management, document control, asset management, and manufacturing execution systems. The position offers $111,100–$185,100 in salary and 0–5% travel.
