The Staff Process Engineer will develop and optimize assembly processes for electro-optical modules, applying SMT, microelectronics, and high-volume manufacturing expertise. The role includes mechanical tolerance and thermal analysis, manufacturing-data analysis, yield-trend identification, process improvement, prototype assembly, contract-manufacturer coordination, failure analysis, and technical support for manufacturing teams. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering and at least five years of process-engineering experience focused on electro-optical modules.
