EvolutionIQ is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead strategic vision and conceptual design for AI-driven insurance claims products. The role focuses on human and AI agent interactions, experience architecture, information architecture, workflows, prototyping, usability testing, and scalable design-system foundations. It requires 10+ years of digital-product design experience, including 0-to-1 and emerging-technology products, along with AI/ML product experience and strong systems thinking. The position offers a base salary of $210,000–$230,000, medical, dental, and vision benefits, equity, and visa-transfer sponsorship for eligible U.S. candidates.
