Prepared is hiring a Staff Product Designer to own and shape the user experience across critical emergency-response products. The role leads end-to-end design for new and existing products, partners with Product and Engineering, conducts customer research and usability testing, prototypes AI-assisted workflows, and contributes to design systems and implementation. It is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in the Manhattan office, with a base pay range of $164,738 to $219,650 USD and medical, dental, and vision plans.
