Description
Walrus Foundation is hiring a Staff Product Designer to own the end-to-end developer experience for its infrastructure product. The role partners with product and engineering from discovery through implementation, leads complex technical workflow design, conducts developer research and usability testing, influences product strategy, and establishes scalable design systems and interaction standards. Candidates should have 8–10 years of product design experience, a portfolio of shipped developer or infrastructure products, strong interaction-design and research skills, and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous technical environment.
