Description
Mysten Labs is hiring a Staff Product Designer to set the experience strategy for DeepBook and first-party onchain finance products, including spot trading, margin, prediction markets, liquidity, and related workflows. The role owns end-to-end design for complex financial journeys, leads a growing design team, builds scalable design systems, establishes research and quality programs, and partners with product, engineering, legal, security, and business teams. Candidates need at least 10 years of product design experience, strong DeFi and onchain product fluency, and a portfolio demonstrating craft and leadership.
