Description
Gusto is hiring a Product Designer on HRX to design AI-native HR experiences end to end, including service design, journey mapping, routing and handoffs between customers, AI, and human HR experts, and judgment calls about AI outputs. The role requires at least six years of B2B SaaS product design experience, experience with AI-enabled or conversational products, service design, and collaboration across design, product, engineering, and data. The role is based in Denver, San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City, with hybrid office expectations of approximately two to three days per week.
