Salesforce is hiring Staff Product Engineers for its AI Group to build and scale Fin’s AI-powered products. The role focuses on developing robust, scalable systems in Python and Rails, bringing machine-learning proof-of-concept code to production, partnering with product and design teams, and contributing across ideation, prototyping, implementation, and testing. The position requires 10+ years of product-engineering experience, strong programming fundamentals, and a BSc in a relevant discipline; prior machine-learning experience is not required. The role is hybrid, with employees expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
