ROLR is hiring a Staff Product Engineer (AI-Native) in New York to combine product design, prototyping, and full-stack engineering. The role owns the design system, prototypes customer experiences across mobile, web, desktop, CLI, and embedded products, builds production software and AI-powered workflows, and experiments with agentic and AI-assisted development patterns. Candidates need at least eight years of software product experience, strong design and full-stack engineering capabilities, and a portfolio of shipped work; the position is hybrid and based in the New York office.
