Description

Analog Devices is looking for a Staff Product Engineer to lead the development of advanced RF/microwave IC products for communications, test & measurement instrumentation, industrial, and aerospace defense applications. The role involves driving innovation in product development, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, influencing product strategy, conducting analysis and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating documentation, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of relevant experience

Hands-on experience of using instruments in the lab.
Coursework or exposure in one or more of the following Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF Circuits
Excellent analytical skills: critical thinking, enhanced data analysis.
Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW a plus
Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment.
