Attio is hiring a Staff Product Engineer to provide technical leadership across engineering teams, design significant infrastructure and product systems, establish software quality and architecture standards, mentor and coach engineers, support hiring, and deliver customer- and business-focused solutions. The role requires strong distributed, cloud-native systems expertise, proven technical leadership, a growth mindset, and a focus on product and customer value. Compensation is 150,000 EUR to 180,000 EUR, with equity, Apple hardware, team off-sites, and location-specific benefits.
