Blacksmith is hiring a Staff Product Engineer to set technical direction for new AI-native developer tooling products. The role owns architecture, translates product strategy into technical roadmaps, drives 0-1 product development, owns production outcomes, and mentors senior engineers. Candidates should have experience leading product technical direction from early stages, expertise with coding agents, and strong communication skills.
