Docebo is hiring a Staff Product Engineer to define product direction and solve high-impact, ambiguous technical challenges across its AI-powered learning ecosystem. The role combines full-stack architecture, product strategy, AI-assisted development, experimentation, CI/CD, observability, cloud infrastructure, and engineering leadership. Candidates need 10–12+ years of full-stack SaaS development experience, broad multi-language backend and frontend expertise, advanced cloud and DevOps skills, and strong product analytics and experimentation capabilities.
