Intercom is seeking Staff Product Engineers to join their AI Group. This role involves building and enhancing Intercom’s AI-powered products, collaborating with ML Scientists and product teams to define features, research algorithms, and prototype solutions. The team is highly product-focused, working to rapidly deploy ML innovations, including supervised models, unsupervised clustering, and transformer neural networks. The ideal candidate is an experienced product engineer with strong analytical skills and some exposure to ML systems, eager to contribute to all phases of software development, improve technical standards, and help mentor other engineers.
